Returns / Exchanges 

Outdoor Kids ® strives to offer hassle-free service to our busy customers. If you are not happy with anything you purchased from us, ship the item back to us, and we'll exchange it or refund your money (excluding shipping)

All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, in new condition, with all original tags. If the item breaks or becomes damaged after thirty (30) days, we cannot accept a return or exchange. If your item is used, stained, muddy or otherwise yucky when it comes back to us, we will not be able to give you credit for your return. Please include your name, address and phone number so we can credit you properly. If possible, also include a note about why you did not like the item. This information will help us better serve you and other customers.

Sometimes we receive items returned to Outdoor Kids ® that were not purchased from us. If that happens and we are able to contact you, we will return the item to you with additional shipping charges. No credit or refund will be given from Outdoor Kids ® for such items. If you do not provide contact information when items purchased elsewhere are sent to us, we will donate those items to a local charity of Outdoor Kids ® choice within 2 weeks.

For exchanges, you have two options:

1) If you call or email us about a sizing problem, we can send out your exchange immediately so you receive the proper size faster. With your approval, we will charge your credit card for the price of the new item (with no additional shipping charges for U.S., APO and FPO orders). Once your original purchase is returned to us, we will issue a credit to you for the price of the returned item.

2) Or you can send the item to be exchanged back to Outdoor Kids ® . After we receive the item to be exchanged, we will then ship you the proper size. Questions? Email us at service@outdoorkids.com or give us a call at (530) 297-KIDS (5437).
